Air handlers are critical components in a building's air conditioning system. The fan technology selected for the air handler plays an enormous role in the unit performance, energy usage, sound level, reliability, and footprint. A FANWALL^® system is a highly engineered array of high-efficiency airfoil plenum fans. The basic concept of FANWALL TECHNOLOGY^® is the engineered combination of these multiple fan modules into a package suitable for use within an air handler. The multiple fan modules consist of an array of smaller, quieter, and more energy-efficient fans delivering the required airflow. The system includes associated variable frequency drives (VFDs) and controls. In some cases the unit is factory-assembled. In other situations, the unit can be assembled on site.

FANWALL TECHNOLOGY^® is the first engineered, systematic approach to this solution. A growing number of FANWALL installations around the world are demonstrating the merits of using multiple fan modules.
